No. Your bid tokens never expire and remain in your account until used.
Do I need tokens for direct bookings? +
No. Tokens are only used when you submit proposals on posted jobs. When a client books you directly from your profile, no token is used.
What if I don't win a bid — do I get my token back? +
Not automatically, but if you win the contract from a bid, 0.5 tokens are credited back. If you complete the job with a 5-star review, another 0.5 tokens are credited.
Can I get a refund on unused tokens? +
Unused token purchases are non-refundable as they have no expiry and remain available to use at any time.
